The inn has five comfortable guest rooms, each of which has been newly renovated and decorated. All rooms have quiet Quasar air conditioners, cable TV and mini refrigerators. You'll also find terry cloth robes, hair dryers, clock radios, and a selection of toiletries.

Roosevelt Room
A bright, airy room with an expansive view of the bay. King bed, relaxing love seat, ensuite private bath with double jacuzzi and skylight, dressing alcove.

Room
A cozy room with a sitting area looking out over the bay. Clos lit queen bed, ensuite private bath with shower and skylight.

Indulge yourselves in the two person soaking tub with fixed and hand-held showers in the ensuite private bath. Spacious twin bedded room overlooking the front garden.

Feel part of a bygone era in this charming room featuring a Baltimore album quilt wall hanging, king bed, ensuite private bath with tub/shower.

General
Knox Suite
First floor suite with king bed, ceiling fan, ensuite private bath with whirlpool tub and surround shower. Also, a small adjoining room with single bed.
High Season $190 ~ Quiet Season $175
Policies
The inn is open year round.
High Season rates apply June 15 - October 14.
Quiet Season rates apply the rest of the year.
Rates are subject to 5% Maine Sales Tax and 2% Maine Accommodations Tax.
Room rates are per room, per night, double occupancy, and include a full, multi-course breakfast each morning. Please add $30 per night for a third person occupying the General Knox Suite.
A minimum two-night stay is required on weekends in High Season.
Deposits - For multi-night stays, a deposit of 50% is required. Single night stay requires a full deposit. Deposits may be made by Visa, Mastercard or Discover. Without a credit card we require prepayment by check of the full amount of the reservation, to be received within ten days of the date the reservation is made in order to hold the room.
Cancellations - Refunds are honored in full, less a $25 processing fee, if cancellations are made at least two weeks prior to the scheduled arrival date. Cancellations made less than two weeks before the reserved date(s) will be charged the full amount of the reservation. Single night cancellations are non-refundable. These charges do not apply if we are able to rent the room for the period of the reservation. We do not refund for early departures. We are also not able to offer refunds for illness, emergency, inclement weather or other circumstances beyond our control.
Check-in times: 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Check-out time: 11:00 a.m.
Smoking is not permitted in the inn or anywhere on the property.
We do not have facilities to accommodate pets.
